Do I need an account to place an order?

No, this is not necessary. You can order your items at Legend as guest. Your data will not be stored.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You are entitled to return the item within 30 days.

I have not received an order confirmation by e-mail. What should I do now?

This is unfortunate! It is best to send an e-mail to webshop@legend-bags.com. Please state your order number in this e-mail. We will contact you as soon as possible.

How can I place an order?

Choose the item you want and place it in your shopping cart. Click on your shopping cart and click on "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your personal information. Choose a payment method. Place your order and proceed to checkout

How do I know which belt size I need to order?

Each product is provided with a product description. A size guide is also included with each product. We recommend that you stick to this guide when considering a purchase.

Where can I find the measurements of a bag?

With every article, product specifics/details are added. You can find them by scrolling down on the product page of the chosen article.

When can I expect my order?

If you place your order before 12:00 AM, your package is delivered the next day. Excluding Dutch national holidays.

Do I need to pay shipping costs?

At Legend we offer free shipping and free return!

How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as we hand over your order to a DHL delivery man, you'll receive a Track and Trace code via e-mail.

My package is not deliverd at the scheduled day and time, what should I do?

It is possible that your package has been delayed with the carrier, so check your Track & Trace code.

When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 12:00, we can ship your order the same day. We work together with the DHL. They will process and deliver your order within 1-3 days.

Within how many days do I need to return my order?

At Legend you have 30 days to return the item(s)

Within how many days will my return be processed?

When your return has been received in our warehouse it will be processed within 5 work days.

What are the return costs?

With your order you will find a return label. Use this label for returning packages. At Legend you do not have to pay for your return costs.

Is it possible to return a sale item?

If no damage has been caused to the product, you can return your item within 30 days.

Is it possible to return my order through a store and vice versa?

No this is not possible unfortunately. Items ordered through Legend's webshop can only be returned via the postal address stated on the return label. 

My item was delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. What should I do now?

This is unfortunate! Please e-mail your claim to webshop@legend-bags.com. Do not forget to indicate in your e-mail whether the item has been delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. In addition, it is important that you state your order number and provide a description of the damage if this is the case.

This is unfortunate.

- Our discount codes cannot be turned in on items that are already on sale
